ABR® – Accredited Buyer’s Representative
An ABR designated agent focuses on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. They are trained to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fiduciary responsibility that sellers have customarily received.
ALHS — Accredited Luxury Home Specialist
ALHS agents are members of an elite group of exceptional and dedicated real estate professionals. As a testimony to their commitment, these high caliber agents subscribe to The Luxury Home Council’s strict guidelines that demonstrate the agent’s expertise in this highly demanding segment of the real estate marketplace.
CRB – Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager
The CRB designation raises professional standards and indicates expertise in brokerage management. It is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed advanced educational and professional requirements to become better positioned to streamline operations, integrate new technology and apply new trends and business strategies in a real estate firm.
CRS – Certified Residential Specialist
A CRS designee has acquired in-depth knowledge about business planning, making listing presentations, negotiating and closing smoother transactions, working in the buyers’ and sellers’ best interest and building a referral business.
GRI-Graduate REALTOR® Institute
Completing the GRI program includes hours of coursework on topics as various as buyer and seller representation, marketing, listing skills and real estate law. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services.
