Deena Dick, PAREALTORŪ
Entering the world of real estate sales was a natural transition for Deena. An investor in residential properties, she already had a strong grasp of how market dynamics influence pricing and the investment performance of real estate. She is committed to finding clients exactly what they want and won't stop working until she knows that she has found the ideal property.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from Mary Washington College, Deena taught elementary school in Fairfax County, Virginia. Later she partnered with her husband developing various commercial properties and investing in residential real estate in the Washington, D.C. area and in Vero Beach. Her expertise lies in her ability to spot hidden potential in a property and what needs to be done to make it more marketable.
In 2011 Deena traded the sleet and snow of Washington, DC for the sand and surf of Indian River County. She and her husband and sons moved back to the area her husband’s grandfather helped pioneer. Her husband, Wesley Dick is the grandson of Merrill P. Barber, former Mayor of Vero Beach, Florida State Senator, and namesake of one of the bridges that stretches across the Indian River Lagoon in Vero. Deena loves to spend time volunteering for community events such as Taste of Vero and Samaritan Soup Bowl as well as supporting various local sporting organizations. When not working, Deena can be found on a football or lacrosse field watching one of her three teenaged boys playing their sport, or boating and sport fishing with her family.
