Welcoming Back Pamela Pendleton to the Sales Team

PAM PENDLETONWe are pleased to welcome the return of Pamela Pendleton to the Norris & Company sales team. Originally joining the company in 1990, Pam’s expertise in matching buyers with their dream home and marketing properties for her clients has been the key to her success. She has been recognized as a consistent leader during her career due to her professional integrity, exemplary service to her clients and extensive knowledge of Florida coastal communities.

A graduate of Monmouth University, Pam’s passion for real estate began while spending summers in college working at a real estate firm located in a coastal resort area in New Jersey. Recently returning to Vero Beach, she listed and sold real estate in St. Augustine from 2006-2009 and in Naples from 2009-2015. While in St. Augustine she was also the co-owner of Coastal Chic Interiors where she provided design assistance to clients and consulted with Realtors in staging properties to maximize the appeal to potential buyers.

Pam moved to Vero Beach in 1989 from the northeast to raise her family and enjoy the beauty and lifestyle of Vero Beach. Her son Matthew is a graduate of St. Edwards School and now lives in Dunedin, FL. She volunteers her time at various organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Humane Society and the Boys and Girls Club among others. In her leisure time, Pam enjoys boating, biking, golf, tennis, yoga, long beach walks and feels grateful to live and work in this “quaint and charming” seaside town.
